Mersal's Medical Convoys organize large-scale, multidisciplinary healthcare expeditions. Equipped with mobile clinics, portable ultrasound units, and fully stocked field pharmacies, our teams of volunteer consultants and nurses travel hundreds of kilometers directly into vulnerable communities.

During each convoy, hundreds of patients receive examinations across pediatrics, internal medicine, ophthalmology, cardiology, orthopedics, and gynecology, leaving with all prescribed medications in hand at zero cost. Cases requiring surgery or inpatient care are immediately transferred to Mersal's tertiary network in Cairo.
